Golden Kayu Deck in Lake Stevens
In a recent project, We built a beautiful cedar-covered structure, featuring an extensive two-level Golden Kayu deck with benches and an outdoor living area, including a kitchen, in Lake Stevens. The project began with a thorough consultation to understand their vision, followed by meticulous planning and design to ensure every detail was perfect.
Using high-quality cedar wood, we constructed a spacious, durable deck that seamlessly integrated with the home’s existing architecture. The addition included custom railings and built-in seating, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The homeowners were thrilled with the result, enjoying a beautiful and inviting area for relaxation and entertainment.
PNW Garden Show Exhibit
For the PNW Garden Show, we collaborated with industry professionals to bring a unique and functional exhibit to life. The centerpiece of the design featured a custom Douglas Fir arbor, expertly crafted and painted black to align with the overall aesthetic vision.
We also built custom Tigerwood steps and a matching deck, which was designed with functionality in mind. The deck was mounted on rollers, allowing it to slide over the pond when needed. It also included two built-in Adirondack chairs for a stylish and relaxing touch.
This project was a creative collaboration with Landscape Design by Kismet Design Co and Landscaping by Alliance Landscape Services NW
Outdoor Living Space in Snohomish
This outdoor living project in Snohomish was designed to seamlessly blend with the existing hardscape. We matched and tied into the existing exposed concrete, ensuring a cohesive and clean finish throughout the space.
Key features included: 4×8 structural posts paired with 2×6 cedar tongue-and-groove car decking for a warm, natural look, Integrated electrical work to support overhead lighting and outdoor heaters, A custom concrete fire pit circle, perfect for gathering and entertaining.
The result is a durable, functional, and inviting outdoor space that fits effortlessly into the surrounding environment.
Workshop in Woodinville/Maltby
This project involved the ground-up construction of a 50′ x 80′ free-span building with 16-foot walls, designed for maximum open interior space without the need for interior support columns.
The structure was built to last and finished with full insulation and drywall, ensuring it’s both functional and comfortable for year-round use.
Garage & Shop in Snohomish, WA
This project involved a complete ground-up build of a fully insulated and drywalled garage/shop space in Snohomish, WA. Our team handled every detail from foundation to finish, ensuring the new structure blended seamlessly with the existing home.
Key features included: Custom garage doors designed for both function and curb appeal & Exterior stonework selected to match the home’s original façade for a cohesive look
Kitchen Renovation in Mill Creek, WA
This project featured a full-scale kitchen transformation in Mill Creek, WA. Our team managed the entire renovation from structural modifications to fine interior finishes, delivering a cohesive and elevated new space.
Key features included: Expansion of an existing wall to improve layout and flow, All-new flooring and professional interior painting throughout, Custom-built cabinets, doors, and trim tailored to the space, Premium quartzite countertops and backsplash for a refined finish.
